i am really tired of this man and he will not go away

Just ignore him, don't talk to him or answer anything he says to you. If he gets really annoying and it bothers you or interferes in your life, go get a PFA order againt him and he CAN'T come near you.

If you have asked him nicely and he wont stop I would say get an older man to try to talk to him and let him know that you really would like nothing more to do with him, if this doesnt work get a restraining order. Good luck.

well it must be hard and annoyind for you so he probably like you and you can get a boy friend and makeout in front of him if you have to be stronge and don't be scared you can even find agirl for him
