Get a new shade of lipstick that you've never wore. If you usually go with neutral go with a bold red. If you usually go bold try something more subtle. Highlights are also a great idea. You can do them relatively cheap and great looking at home. If you're not comfortable with it. Ask a friend to come over and help you.

Go to a department store and pretend you're looking at buying foundation, eyeliner an a few other things. The ladies at thmake up counters will sit you down and give you a make over for nothing because they want you to buy their poducts.
When it's over, just say you would like to "see how it all wears" and walk away!

nahif ur serious try going to myer or something and ask them what colours would suit you...theyll usually show you all different ways of making up your face!! then u can go home and put everything they taught you into practice
but seriously u need to change your picture it is hideous!
