Lysander was in Merchant of Venice, Demetrius was in MacBeth and Hermia was in Romeo and Juliet. Be real careful about going with answers you get on this site, as people may be pucking around, trying to pull your leg and trying to make you flunk your homework. The MAIN character in Midsummer Night's Dream was Yorik, by the way.

Well, there are lots.
There are the Lovers: Lysander, Hermia, Helena and Demetrius.
There are the Rude Mechanicals: Nick Bottom, Peter Quince, Snug the Joiner, Starveling the Tailor, Flute, Tom Snout (Bottom and Flute play Pyramus and Thisbe)
There are the King and Queen: Theseus and Hippolyta
And there are the Fairy King and Queen: Oberon and Titania.
And Puck, the mischief maker.
And that's close to the whole cast of characters because they all play a big part in the action.
