It is a PAIN with big breasts, and there really isn't anything you can do but get breast reduction surgery.

Check out http://www.breasthealthonline.com for more information, but here are some tidbits:

BR is USUALLY covered by insurance, though how much the insurance pays differs from person to person and plan to plan.

You would be on light duty for two weeks at least, pending no complications.

IT IS WORTH IT, I had it done Feb '06 (38J to 38C). I wish I got it done sooner.

I am in my early 30's.

OMG i have found someone else out there with the same problem as i have. My breasts have grown from a 38d to a 38f in one month. Yes some say it is a blessing but to me it is a major burden. I went to the doc and they checked for cancer and all of that. The tests all came back negative. MY docs i have went to 3 different ones now about this all give me the same answer. They do not know why this is happening to me, have never heard of this happening before, and always suggest getting a breast reduction. When i say ok if i do get the reduction what happens if they grow again they can not give me an answer. I too want to know why this is happening not just chop them off to get rid of the problem momentarily. I too had not gained weight when this has been happening to me, actually i had lost a total of 40 pounds. I am almost the same age as you also. If you would like to chat more about this with me so that we could put our heads together to see if we can come up with something to maybe help each other please feel free to message me...... Hope this helps and hope to hear from you soon

I would suggest going to a doctor if they keep increasing at a rate that seems abnormal or uncomfortable.

A doctor who can see you and talk to you in person might be the best way to resolve your question.

No one likes to go to a doctor - but sometimes it is the only way to understand what is going on.

You will feel much better after discussing it with a professional.

You may have been gaining weight overall, this is being put into your chest. If you start to loose weight via exercise you will see them start to get smaller.

Don't you know there are women who would kill to have your "problem"??

Unless your doctor says it is a hazard to your health, keep them and be really proud you got 'em.!!
