I noticed that most of these are from the middle east or something. Is it in their culture to not shower and try to smell nice? I asked one of them to roll down the window and he get mad and kicked me out of the cab. Is there a nice way to ask them to roll down the window?

Its not just Chicago. I don't know why some people who work in confined spaces, let alone with the public don't believe in better personal hygiene.

Best way around that. I have had a tough day stuck inside...I would love some fresh air...do you mind blah blah blah.

a lot of it could be their personal hygiene, however i have noticed that most of it is their preference in food. a lot of the cab drivers choose to eat their meals in their car and they tend to choose food from their culture. most of the food preferences are not easy on our noses. also, any cab driver has to roll down the wondow if you choose. if someone treats you the way the previous cab driver did, make sure you write down their badge number which is posted on the back seat in front of you and you can call and complain. you will usually get a refund and if not, at least some satisfaction in complaining.

I don't know, but it's not just Chicago. It just seems like that profession only attracts the oily, smelly, nasty men. I wonder why that is!! We may never know!
