They would say very bad things to you, or they will think bad about you.
unless you say boo to a 5 or 4 years old child, he might look to you and laugh, or he might try to speak.
It only depends how you do it, if you hide behind a door, plus it is dark, and you are you say boo to an old man that didn´t notice you he might have a heart attack.
If you say boo to a girl in the street she might think that something it is wrong with you.
If you say boo in Irak they just shot at you.
If you say boo in a place when people are fishing they will reply shhhhhh, be quiet
If you say boo in the church they wiil say quiet in the house of the lord.
If you say boo at the court of low they will say order.
If you say boo in a jail, they will beat you up.
If you try to say boo underwater, then bubbles will came out of your mouth.

well, it wasn't really scary, but I once did that to my cousin and she just turned around and looked at me. it was soooo funny, but you had to be there to know!
