Well Everyone wants to concentrate on chest & biceps, but gym trainers asks to workout a complete body. So its biceps, triceps, arms, chest, pecks, legs. If you concentrate on only one part & develop it the way u want but the other parts looks like of someone else. So concetrate on full body.

To be honest, I don't think you'll get the results you want without either going to a gym or buying some weights for your house.

If you are short of space get some dumbell bars and some plates to go on them.

Press ups are ok, but you'll never get a nice groove in your chest.
You need to do different angled flyes or in a gym try cable crossovers.
Alternatively a bullworker type piece of equipment might work.

You dont need to go to the gym if you have your own equipment.
First you have to build mass and you cant do it with just pecs exercise. Wont look good if you have massive, nicely-cut pecs but spindly legs and flabby abs. There must be balanced proportion. You have to exercise your back and legs too - in short, work your whole body. Do bench press (supine and incline) for your pecs, bent-over rows and medium-grip chin-ups for your back and heavy squats and calf raises for your legs. At this stage you dont need to do direct arm and shoulder exercises as those part of your body will get enough workout from your chest and back exercise. 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps each not counting warm up exercises, adding weight each workout. Do abs workout as a warming up and cooling down exercise. Do this for 6 - 8 months or until you have gained substantial muscle mass.

Then you can add arm curls for your biceps, wrist curl for your lower arms, french press and close grip bench press for your triceps, and supine and incline flyes for your chest, military press for your shoulder, wide grip chin-ups for your back and leg curls and leg extensions for your legs. Get enough rest.
AND dont forget to eat more carbs and proteins, cut down on fat. Eat 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Take vitamins and mineral supplements.
In fact there are so many variations in workouts but the basic thing to do is to build muscle mass first. Browse the www for more tips.

do bench presses and flies with your weights. Go out and buy a weight set even if it is used, all you need is a bench and a bar with weight. Some single hand dumbells probably like the ones you have only heavier for flies.
