Try reading something, like a magazine or the paper, or a novel. Nothing exciting. Watching TV and looking at a computer screen actually make you more awake...something about stimulating nerves in your visual center or something like that.
Some people say warm milk helps, but the thought turns my stomach...unless there was chocolate in that milk of course...
