Aliens are REALLY large and nasty, but not overly smart.
Ins.Gadget has gadgets, but no real weapons.
Predator has REALLY good weapons, and knows how to use them.
I would have to say Predator would win without breaking a sweat.

Popeye throws the can of spinach on the queen. The queen laughs and spits, thereby melting the metal and causing each and each and every of the spinach to fall into its abdomen. Spinach is poisonous or the queen only chokes on them and dies. Popeye wins.
