Why have you allowed the California Army National Guard & the National Guard Bureau to lie to your wife, Laura Bush, who is the First Lady about the Rape & Sodomy of a male soldier @ Camp Roberts in May 2002 and the release of his Platoon Sergeant who tried to get Justice for him?
Why was this SNCO kicked out for being "TOO MORAL" as stated in his paperwork for Counterintelligence and signed by several Army personnel?
They also lied to several State Senators and Congressmen.
Would they also lie to you?
Would you and the Governor of California help this soldier get Justice?

And because you asked the federal courts for an injunction to stop the re-counts in Florida, and included an equal-protection argument in your potpourri of legal arguments, I know that you yourself don't have the foggiest idea what is or is not a correct legal argument.
"What you said at the 2004 Presidential Debate about judges who strictly interpret the law and keep their personal opinions out of their decisions was correct rhetoric, but that's all it was -- rhetoric.
