I've never heard of a "tips part" on a resume.

Don't fill out a form resmue. You want it to stand out. Get a book to get pointers as to how to make that perfect resume.

The "tips" section of a resume template is just that--it's giving you tips on how to improve your resume. It does not actually appear in the finished version.

As a manager and seeing many resumes, I have never seen a tips part. Could you possibly mean skills?
