i would like to know one girl...
but i dont know how to tell her that i want to be her friend....

you can briefly start a conversation with her about something shes interested in, if you keep doing this, in time you will probably become friends.

Joe find out what she likes and what her interest are! and when you find out start a conversation on one of her interest make sure to listen Joe and always keep eye contact! the eyes speak louder then words and she will be able to see what you feel. Be confident and be honest.

Just say hello is a good start. Each time say a few more things and then ask her out. She may just like you too but is too shy.

"hi, its, Camrion, right?" (me)
"no, Its _____"
"oh. i though you were someone elts, Sorry. Are you new or something? i know most of the kids in this hell hole."
"ha. ya, No i've been hear for months, Its grate to see how populare ~I~ am..."
And... we have a conversation! try it out. It's GRATE! =-)
