If you have a job or make money Uncle Sam wants you to file.

If you make over a certain amount, look it up at the IRS Web site below, then you are supposed to file tax returns. If you get paid what is called under the table then you will be turning in your employer for not withdrawing taxes for you in the first place. This practice is technically not legitimate in the first place, but for many jobs is mostly overlooked. I do not recommend it, or that you do it. You should probably not agree to take money under the table, but just know that if you accept cash payments, you are not doing it legitimately and if you then file taxes on that, you are blowing in the employer, and yourself.

if you earn money , you may have to pay taxes. you need to speak to a CPA or a tax specialist. you may not be making enough money to pay taxes and be eligible for a return. but you still need to file an income tax statement. again go see a CPA or tax specialist.
good Luck

If you earnt more than about 21 thousand dollars in the financial year you will be taxed - but you will probably get some money back when you file your tax return.

it depends on your age and your income bracket.
First $6,000 you get free. Then you are taxed as normal. If you are receiving centrelink/new start/youth allowance you have reduced tax, but still pay.
Hope I could help.
