well i always think, i have my family if all else is lost, at least i have my family and friends. they will see me through any tough times i have and ever will have in my life. i hope this helps a little. another thing i think is in life there are ups and downs and nothing ever stays the same, so if im down now all i can do is wait for the up. it always comes,remember, nothing ever stays the same. merry christmas.

Since I suffer from depression, thinking happy does not work for me. Even songs. I find that daily aerobics and stretching makes me fell absolutely wonderful. It last the entire day.

I think about my friends who would give the shirts off their backs to help someone in need. I am very fortunate to know such giving whole hearted people. They give me hope for a better world and a better me.
