Take a group of people with children. Ask the parents if their hair is curly or straight. Check the children and see what hair type they have, find how many have curly/straight and you can work out which is dominant and which is recessive.

You need to do a research survey or experiement.
Counting how many people have curly hair and straight hair in a given population. If in a given population, there are more people with "natural" curly hair than straight hair, then you can say that curly hair is dominant in that population or vice versa.
