The main cause of Anxiety is we are in this material world called Maya or illusion. It is not our real home and is temporary and full of misery. Those who are not happy here are a step above those who think this is the all in all. They just need to know our real purpose and who we truly are and the meaning of life. Then all anxiety and mental illness will go away. There are several things that can cause anxiety. For one...emotions; fear, anger, love, nervousness, and so on. Stress is another important factor in anxiety. However, anything can cause anxiety if the person lacks coping skills. Coping skills are very important!

Anxious, can't sit still for too long, worry about everything in sight, also you can have a panic attack I have experienced both, there is alot more to it, depending on what is going on in your personal life and general..

Stress . . . untreated needs. Of course it may be a more serious condition such as a disorder that has some phobia as its basis.
