For many years,Bob Hayes was listed in the Guiness book of world records, for fastest Human speed.Hayes was clocked at 26.9 mph.at the75 yd.mark of a 100 yd.dash.This was on a dirt track 50 years ago.If Bob Hayes was running on todays mondo synthetic tracks enginerred for speed,he certainly could have run 1-2 mph faster. In his prime Bob Hayes is the fastest ever to live.

Im 14 & a sprinter and i have also slowed down after gaining muscle. Im not Professional but used to have a time of 12.56 in 100m and now i have risen half a second." I advise you spirnt reguraly as a hobbie, maybe even get a coach Professionalssinal. I havent ever gotten professinal help but have signed up for the school athletics tranning which has given me a faster time. When doing a start, lean forward as much as possible putting all the pressure on your fingers (it will hurt but you will become stronger) then push off hard from ur back and keep your head for the first 10m and arms pumping fast close to your body, this will increase your time.
