Lets see if I can figure this out, she tricked you into putting your noodle into her t w a t , and now being the punk that you are, you are looking for a reason not to pay child support. You played, and you got your rocks off, not its time to pay the piper. In this case, don't try and get any sympathy from anyone. Be a man, if you can and take responsibility. Damn its punks like you that give all guys a bad name. Punk!!!!!

Oh I guess she tied you down right? Firstly, if your not responsible enough to wear a condom then your not entrapped. Sorry but its just as much a mans responsibility junior. The fact that you would try to get out of paying for child support of your OWN blood child is enough to make me sick. You dont have to love the woman but to not own up to your child....your a loser. They are better off without you anyway.

No, if a blood test confirms paternity, the father is held to be liable. For 'entrapment' to work, you would have to persuade the court that you were otherwise unwilling to have sex. Good luck getting any court to believe a man was unwilling!

No. I fthe mother or courts want tpo collect ther eis no way out other than proving you are not the father.
It's the "you play and you pay rule". It's a fair one as any time you have sex unless you are tied up and raped you are responsible for any children as a result.

No way! Not unless the guy was drugged or raped or otherwise proven to have engaged in sex against his will. Not likely buddy! You do the deed you pay the consequences!

If you "helped" father a child, you're liable regardless. A woman can't become pregnant by herself. The baby is your responsibility, too.

It's time for the illusion to end: Everyone can stop pretending that sex and children are not related. Knowing this, you should be much more discriminating.

Nope. You may have a case for fraud, but that's even chancy.

Moral of the story: "I'm on the pill, honey, honest." is never enough. Wrap it up.
