If your drive is partitioned (i.e. multiple drive letters) and have free space on those partitions, then you can use a program like Partition Magic to repartition the drives. I would hesitate in doing this because there is a chance that you can corrupt your partition and lose all your data.

If you need more space, I would recommend adding a second hard drive and start moving some files from your C drive to your new drive. This will be the safer move. Repartitioning or moving data within the same hard drive seems to be delaying the unevitable.
