Wrongly accused of something?

in high school im the cool kid and i think i was wongly accused of posession of stolen property because i didnt even have posession of the stolen phones. i got suspended for 5 days for doing nothing i think whoever stole the phones should get in trouble not me what can and should i do i dont want this on my record because the principal falsly accused me of this

they kid that stole the phone got suspended and so did other kids but i didnt do anything

First, your parents need to get involved. You really can't do much by yourself. Second, place a telephone call to your school counselor first thing tomorrow morning! Your counselor can tell you the required process to appeal your suspension and get it wiped off of your record. This usually involves a hearing with the school board. If talking to your school counselor does not help, I suggest you get an attorney.

If you want to clear your name, you need to tell the principal who did have the phones. For some reason the principal thinks you did this and I find it hard to believe that he would charge you with possession of stolen property if you did not have the property in your possession. Were they in your locker, back pack, etc? Before any of us can honestly answer your question, you need to tell us the whole story.

Your side of the story sounds a little shady. Pretty short on facts. You didn't tell the whole truth so I would have to hear the principles side of the story. I bet he'd tell us the details that you chose to leave out.
