Glue them to the hood of your car and go through a high-pressure car wash.

The best way to do this is to buy or borrow a record washer system. They actually cleans the vinyl with a fine camel hair brush and alcohol. You might be able to this by yourself, but be careful, don't scratch the record.
If the record is damaged with light scratches, there are various software programs that you can use to convert the audio to a cd or on to another tape.
You might want to try looking on the internet for companies that actually do this cleaning. Do a search on 'cleaning vinyl records' and see what comes up.
If you can't find anyone to clean the vinyl, I can probably clean it for you by hand and then reprocess the audio onto a CD, cassette or reel to reel tape. That is not my normal business, but I do it as a hobby.
Good luck.

mix a little dish washing detergent and water,(don't use anything to put pressure on disc! ) rinse under a faucet. do this as long as it takes to get muck off. then use a chamois to periodically clean the "blessed" vinyl.
