Use codestones/ dubloons to train at the two academies and click train _____ (level, strength etc.) Just remember your stats cannot be two times as high as the level. Also complete faerie quests.

be smart and buy the full set of secret laboratory maps. I did that when i used to play, and i improved my pets stats very fast....good luck and its worth the 500k

there are various procedures you could point up it could take place randomly or in case you get a lab ray than it normaly levles you up and in case you flow to the therapeutic faerie than she levles you up too.
