nope they woudl still buy it as used, just take it back to where you bought it for a refund

Depends on whether or not you have a receipt.

If you have a receipt, then you can get full refund or exchange for it, if you got it within the past 30 days. Otherwise, you can't get a refund or exchange if it's more than 30 days.

If you don't have a receipt, then they might not take it back, or if they do, they'll probably only give you the value of the game that it's currently selling for. For example, say you have an unopened Dead or Alive 4, you won't get the full 59.99 for it because you might have gotten it at a cheaper price from someone, and you're trying to trade it in for more value than what the game is worth.

No because gamestop only deals with a customer on a used game basis. Which means if you bring them in a game still in the package they will tell you it is still considered used.

I wouldn't take it back to gamestop unless you have a receipt. You might be able to take it to walmart and pull the whole I got it as a gift thing and I already have it card after christmas.
