with out using a push-up because I do have one but it makes my boobs look even bigger I would just want them to be a little bit more rounded and preppy please help!!???? And it would be great if I would be able to purchase the bra at victorias secret because that is the only place I go.

Yes it is very normal for a thirteen year-old to have 34B as your bra size. Sounds like a very comfortable sized bust.
You'll want a bra with a little bit of padding. That will make your bust look more round.

sure, I did at the same time as i became your age. each human being grows at a special fee. only carry your head up and be pleased with who you're and persons will be a lot less likely to make comments (and in the journey that they do remark, they are only jealous).
