is there somewhere that i can get the young and the restless episodes?

ive looked on the net and i found some but they are terrible quality. im in australia so im nearly one year behind US. we are at the part where phillis and nick have been caught having the affair. ive been on the website and it only tells you a brief update. please help me. thanks
