calendula is a natural ointment made from the flower marigold. 100% percent sterile, and you can buy it in a metal tube a most any health store. Meant for almost exactly what your talking about, it will also help it heal fast. I never go to the doctor, this is how i was raised on all natural medicine....its never failed.
Another option would be Arnica gel, almost the same type of things. Just different plant that it is made from
you can also make the gel from the flower and petrolem jelly, see my sources.

It sounds like you may have 3rd degree burns. I would definitely
get some medical attention.
Check with the county social services where you are.
Or dial 911 on your phone. Someone will help you.
First Aid for Severe Burns: (Second & Third-Degree)
* DO NOT remove burnt clothing (unless it comes off easily), but do ensure that the victim is not in contact with burning or smoldering materials.
* Make sure the victim is breathing. If breathing has stopped or the victim's airway is blocked then open the airway and if necessary begin CPR.
* If the victim is breathing, cover the burn with a cool moist sterile bandage or clean cloth. DO NOT use a blanket or towel; a sheet is best for large burns. DO NOT apply any ointments and avoid breaking blisters.
* If fingers or toes have been burned, separate them with dry sterile, non-adhesive dressings.
* Elevate the burned area and protect it from pressure or friction.
* Take steps to prevent shock. Lay the victim flat elevate the feet about 12 inches, and cover the victim with a coat or blanket. DO NOT place the victim in the shock position if a head, neck, back, or leg injury is suspected or if it makes the victim uncomfortable.
* Continue to monitor the victim's vital signs (breathing, pulse, blood pressure).
DO NOT
* DO NOT apply ointment, butter, ice, medications, fluffy cotton dressing, adhesive bandages, cream, oil spray, or any household remedy to a burn. This can interfere with proper healing.
* DO NOT allow the burn to become contaminated. Avoid breathing or coughing on the burned area.
* DO NOT disturb blisters or dead skin.
* DO NOT apply cold compresses and DO NOT immerse a severe burn in cold water. This can cause shock.
* DO NOT place a pillow under the victim's head if there is an airway burn and they are lying down. This can close the airway.

The leaf of the aloe plant. Take a leaf from the aloe and squeeze the gel from it onto the burn and rub in with clean fingers. If you do not use the entire leaf (because it has allot of juice) wrap up the remaining part of the leaf in clear cellophane and put it in the fridge. When you use the leaf again, the gel will be cool and soothing on the burn. Pure aloe helps the burn heal quickly as well. You can usually find aloe plants in a nursery. Get a "mother" plant with lots of leaves.

The best natural rmedy for the burn would be lavender. But thats for a closed burn.if the skin is open where you burned yourself, keep it clean.try get hold of some sort of antiseptic cream or liquid to carry on treating the open burn.I have no idea what products are avalable in the USA.Try Dettol,Savlon. They are cheap.

Years ago, I had some oil burns on my hand and put vitamin E cream on it every day for weeks. It worked. I have no scars, you can't even see where I was burned. Take vitamin C in mega doses too, that promotes healing. Check with your health food store too, see what else is available for skin healing and regeneration. Make sure you keep the area clean and dry. If you notice any sign of infection, get treatment at once.

Put some aloe vera on it and keep it covered with some gauze pads. You can get self-stick pads or tape them on with surgical tape. All available at any drug store. You dont need a plant or anything, u should be able to find 100% aloe vera gel quite easily.
Change the dressings daily (or more if needed). Also make sure you keep it clean. U can use antibacterial soap or Band-Aid makes a "hurt-free antiseptic wash" which I use on my kids to clean their ouchies painlessly. Not sure how "natural" it is, but even plain water is better than nothing.
