barely (hardly, a little)
ane (ain't?, has not)
supa (super?)
dupa (duper?)
put super duper together to mean a positive superlative like excellent, wonderful, awe-stricken, marvelous, exceedingly great, etc.

you put commas between the "words" so i think you just want to know the meaning of the words... sorry it's a presumption... :)
