i'm lvl 78 with umm guardian soul x[) and sephiroth keeps 0wning me x[)

i defeated him without the ultima weapon, but i had to level up my drive forms for the better extra abilities. i got a lot of munny from it though. if you watch some videos of people defeating him on youtube, you can get a strategy instead of mashing buttons.

I was level 60 something when I defeated him. It took me around 3 tries. You need an Ultima weapon or more Ultima weapon (note: it is tiring to find the same thing twice). You need 3 Omega arts (equip all). lots of hi-potions, But mostly; lots of skill.
By the way its even easier if all you forms are level 5.

Yes, he is. My friend is on level 93 with the Ultima Weapon and he still gets his butt kicked. He did beat him once. Keep on trying and don't give up. I remember it took me over 20 minutes to beat Ruby Weapon from Final Fantasy 7.

i have ultima weapon and the only thing it really helps with is healing your mp faster. i beat sephiroth on my second try with ultima weapon

believe me it's a lot easier with the ultima weapon.
I finished him easy as when i was lvl 88

Of course its a lot easier. I didn't even get the weapon but i know its easier.

Me too i haven't beat him yet but most likely it's alittle better.
