no. it will grow with normal speed. if you dont shave then growth may be slow.

The rate at which your hair grows totally depends on the individual. for example me an my sister both shave everyday. Hers grows back within the day and mine has little stubble when I wake up. Also if your hair is more coarse to begin with it will grow back worse, more fine hair tends to grow slower. If you have blond hairs don't worry about shaving everyday every 2nd day is good because unless you have people rubbing your legs all the time no one will notice

Contrary to popular belief, frequent cutting or shaving does not make hair grow faster, longer, or coarser. Because neither process affects the epithelial cells that form the hairs becuase the cells are embedded in the dermis (2nd layer of skin).

Let's put it this way - I have to shave my underarms every other day. My legs...can go for a couple of weeks.
However, each person's chemistry will make hair grow at a different speed.
