Why would you ask about EID under Halloween?
I would wear whatever is traditional. I would think a scarf would be proper for women, but you can probably skip the burka.

if u r fond of wearing jeans & all,
then u can wear a nice jeans and a kurta with it....
or if all ur elder one's r coming then i guess u shud wear
formal clothes like,
chudi daar suit, shalwar kameez, pathani suit or a parallel,
and if u wanna look elegant and there's a party type atmosphere at home then u can wear a sharara or lehnga ...........!
