Well I'd have to give it to Spongebob Squarepants. Let's think about this logically. There is no way that Spongebob could come out of the water to fight so that would mean that Chuck Norris would have to put on a diving suit and air tank and go down in the water to fight. Those wet suits real limit your mobility so I'd have to give the round to Spongebob. I just don't think that Chuck Norris could move easily enough to defend himself.

Spongebob, cause all the kids would kill Chuck Norris with playstation controllers and loud music from their ipods. And Spongebob can't get hurt, cause he has the same powers as Mr. Fantastic from the Fantastic 4. Also, Spongbob can rap like B-Real!!!

Chuck Norris wouldn't hit Sponge Bob. Sponge Bob would go back to work @ the Diner. Then some murderous bunch of ninjas would come in to blood up the place, with some cartoon version of Kill Bill 21 Volume 7.

Spongebob cause every time that Chuck would kick at him he would move like a flash to the other side and Spongebob would say "I'm over here" "Ah ya missed me" "Not even close" till Chuck would wind up loosing his mind and run away screaming like a little girl...
