Use what ever your talent is and make something for each of them take what money you have to buy the supplies...This year I didn't have the money to buy every one in the family something, I'm an artist so drew them each a portrait....
You can make little pillows with Christmas smelling stuff you buy at the store and stuff them there are so many things you can do put the word 'crafts' in google search and research what you can make for Christmas that is affordable....Good luck
and Merry Christmas

are they all giving you a present?

why don't you just bake brownies or cupcakes or cookies or something and share with each of them? i think that a christmas card and a christmasy treat would be a great present.

you could also just get them all something very small....lollipops, a pad of paper and pen from the dollar tree,

you could find pictures of you and them and buy really cheap frames and give them each a picture.

or why don't you suggest that you all draw names so a secret santa type of thing.

or, if you are all girls or all boys tell them each to bring in a present suitable for a girl or boy and have them all wrapped with just the givers name on it. place them in a pile and each takes turns picking a gift. after you all have a gift you open it up and see what you got! it can be a $5.00 gift. nothing big.

take care! SD

try home made gifts, this year i'm making candy (lollipops and fudge) and candles. maybe get everyone somthing small, like a lip gloss or nail polish, or if you rather give just a few of them gifts without the others getting mad don't give any presents at school, and the people you are giving gifts to bring the presents to their houses on christmas eve or christmas day.

hope this helps! Merry christmas!

My daughter and I bought a kit for her to make pins for her friends, teacher, cousins and aunts. It cost us $6.95 and came with enough beads, charms and safety pins to make 12 gifts. She just slides the beads and charm on and I close up the pin. They are very pretty. Then we went to our craft store and made little boxes to put them in using the stores die cut machine. The card stock was 6 for $1.00 and the use of the die cut machine was free with the purchase of the paper. So we made 12 little treasure boxes for $2.00. After you cut them out, you just fold them into shape.

I got our pin kit from the Oriental Trading Company on line, but most large craft stores should have kits of all sorts.

Your thought and time into it will be far more valuable than your $10.00 budget...they will love it!

Merry Christmas!

I would make them presents.
There are many things that you can do to give gifts to your friends. Make some cookies, with the help of an adult, and give them each some. Make some gift coupons that you can wrap and give with statements like a coupon for one free hug or coupon for one free candy bar or coupon for one free soda pop, etc.
I think that your friends will appreciate you effort and creativity

i am 11 too and i would ask ur parents if they can come over for a cookie exchange. each one of you can go on the internet and find a recipe for cookies and each one of you bakes some cookies and then whenever they come over then all of your friends put ur cookies on a table, and then all of you can have or male a little pouch or box to put ur cookies in. you get 1 cookie from each person but it depends on how many cookies they make.
Hope i helped.

Merry Christmas!!

Make something special for them. It is the thought that counts. Give them a special coupon you made for a dinner date, movie, or bowling. Then they can redeem it later when you have the money. Times are hard, and if they can't understand that. Then they are not very good friends.

All you need is $10.70 if there is a dollar store near you. If there's a dollar tree they have nice candles that are cute for bedrooms. They have pretty pens and a lot of one dollar gifts. It's the thought that counts but if not just buy a box of cards and pass them out.

How about drawing names and everyone gets just one gift. Then have a little get together if you are allowed and have hot chocolate and cookies. Maybe watch a Holiday movie.

What about having an adult help you to bake up a batch of cookies and share them with all your friends while watching a movie on tv?
