Techno-wizards please help!!!!!!!!?

Hi, I just moved into a new house today i'm the only girl living with four guys. They don't like me cause i'm inturrupting their bachelor pad. Anyways... the house comes with internet and cable...I hooked the digicon cable to my tv but it doesn't do anything. How do I get it to work? Please help. I want to watch tv tonight and relax.

Even if Digicon is turned on to the pad, you probably need to pay for (rent?) the tuner from Digicon. The cable hooks into the tuner box first, then into your TV.

Is cable service to the house turned on? If it is, then is that particular cable outlet working???
