Yes, if you are a religious person, and read the bible, you will find the answer of that question, very clear.
Man has strive to make peace, but failed to do so, just because is not in man's hands to deliver world peace: it is in God's hands through his holy son.
When? we can only wait and hope, and walk wisely, respecting bible guidelines, we don't know how and when will happen, but we can be SURE THAT IT WILL COME TRUE, just as all God's past promises came true in the past.
World peace will be a reality, and deliver all of those who had faith in him.
JUST HAVE FAITH, AND BE PATIENCE.
THE BIBLE HOLDS THE ANSWERS, ALL OF THEM. JUST STUDY IT.

i think that how ever you see it is the way it is, see in my perspective it is getting worse and better each day no one really know what will happen in the future so all we can do is hope peace finds its way to every one. the day will come were there will be peace but it has long before it shows up, if George w. bush will take his head out of his but long enough he'll see he's running our so called free nation into the ground, but he is to ignorant to do that. so in conclusion i think that as long as bush is here no there will never be peace in the world just hatred plain hatred.

The Bible says that during Christ's reign that there will be peace and that the lion will eat straw with the lamb. It's my favorite promise of God; the fact that some day there will be no prey and predator... either animal or human... it's a great hope.

Did it live in peace before Humans? Do you consider animals killing one another for food peaceful? After Mankind has killed itself off, the world may see peace. unless you consider animals killing each other not peaceful. If you think animals killing each other is peaceful, then you have peace right now.

likely no longer. yet that doesn't remember. we received't police the international, in problem-free words God can attempt this. What concerns is that we stay in peace and that we can preserve that type of existence type. it will be effective if we cherish the non violent existence type we've already got and go away on my own others who agress in the route of others, lest we get dragged contained in the conflict. in the different case if more and more get dragged in a particular conflict it may turn international!

We would have to give up many things as sacrifices. If we fuse two atoms together, then the earth will live in peace as its remains land on other planets, hit the sun, and turn into asteroids.

we are too intelligent to live with each other in peace. take some history courses and you find out and none of them leave out a chapter on war.
