No it's not scabbies, lice or an STD. It's like itchy with little tiny bumps everywhere on my body. Is it possible to be alergic to someones sweat or is it because he makes me too hot...like my body temperature??? If it is an alergy can I develope an immunity and/or find an anti-histamine???

You could be allergic to the soap/deodourant/bath gel that he uses. You can buy anti-histamine tablets at the drug store. But a better idea would be to find out what it is about him that is casuing teh reaction. Get him to avoid using deodourant for a week, if that doesn't change anything, get him to use a different soap for a week etc.

Maybe your allergic to their deodorant or colone.Possible YES?
