i wanna get an account but i dont hav a credit card
how can i skip that step legally

You don't need a credit card to sign up for iTunes. I think you have the option to click on a box that says you don't want to enter your credit card info or you can just enter nothing and skip that part altogether. I didn't use my credit card, and I can use iTunes.

yes just buy a itunes gift card. theres from $5, $15, $25, and $50. and you can get your music from the itunes store. that's how i do it.
