No, well at least not practically.

A regular helium balloon with a diameter of one foot lifts 14 grams. There are about 454 grams in a pound. So it would take about 32 one-foot-diameter balloons to lift one pound. Saying you weight a conservative 150 lbs that would mean you would need 4800 balloons to lift you.

As for weather balloons -
Since weather balloons come in all different shapes and sizes we'll say you're using a 12-foot diameter balloon which can lift about 57 lbs. In this case, if you could fit 3 of those in your shirt, you'd have lift off.

How would you get them in your shirt? Anyway they had that guy Larry Walters in 1982 who attached about 45 six-foot weather balloons to an aluminum lawn chair and it took him to almost 16,000 Feet. I thought it was a joke but it really happened. He took along a BB gun and slowly shot them out in a balanced way in order for him to come down safely. He had traveled about 15 miles. unfortunately Larry Walters, who achieved dubious fame in 1982 when he piloted a lawn chair attached to helium balloons 16,000 feet above Long Beach, committed suicide at the age of 44.

Dude one weather balloon could make you float cause helium is lighter than air.

No they proved it on mythbusters that you would need over 5000 balloons to lift just 50 pounds so I am sure just 20 balloons will not make you float.
