It's wrong to fling anything at an unsuspecting victim. It's not wrong to fling one at someone who gives you a fruitcake though, they deserve it and it should be expected..

It is in the christmas dictionary that fruitcake was meant to be slung. The only time it is wrong is when it is flung at young victims under 7. Well... I guess it would be kind of wrong if old victims over 80 got hit too. And it would be considered racist if you only hit specific races. And it would be politically incorrect if you only hit those of a certain faith...
Best just regift it like everyone else.

Depends on the spirit in which you are throwing the fruitcake as well as the knowledge as to how they would respond. There is nothing wrong with a fun loving food fight.

ok heres an exerpt from the fruitcake flinging manual(its shortend)
1.Thou shalt not fling fruitcake if victim is going to an office metting but coming out of one is okay
2.Thou shalt not fling if the fruit cake weighs 10pds. or is larger than 2sqare foot(unless its really funny such as an unsupecting vivtim)

I think that would depend on who the unsuspecting victim is. Otherwise I can't think of a better use for fruitcake.

Only if it misses them is it bad, meaning you have sucky aim and that makes it bad, if you hit him in the face 5 points, chin and some goes into his mouth 5 points, goes into ears and/or nose 3 points, if it's a guy and it hits him in the balls -4 points (hey that stuff hurts), if you gently press it against there though 6 points for making him look like a pervert (ha) and 3 points for doing it while they are wearing good clothes
