My ex boyfriend thinks I am really beautiful. The thing is he has a girlfriend now but is always staring at me. Does this mean I'll never get him back? Is he just admiring my "beauty" but not wanting to be in a relationship with me? Am I dumb to be hopeful?

Why do you think his behavior has anything to do with an astrological sign?
I mean, I'm not a Taurus and I also appreciate beauty. I've even been to art museums and everything.
Your ex boyfriend's behavior is very typical adolescent behavior. Ignore him, get a different boyfriend, and make sure you pick someone who will treat you with respect.
Moving on to a new GF and trying to string you along at the same time is not respectful behavior.
