if the first 3 exams are worth 23% each and the grades are as follows 68,58,55 and the final is worth 31% what do i need for overall grade of 75?

You need to get all the questions right.

.23(68+58+55) + .31x = 75
.31x = 75 - .23(68+58+55) = 33.37
x = 33.37/.31 = 107.6

You can't reach 75 overall. You would need a better than perfect score. And from what I can see, the scores on the first three exams are going the wrong way.
