Okay so heres the deal. I have been pregnant before on BC. The last time I was about 2 weeks late on my depo shot. This time I was one antibiotics and also some migraine meds that can cancel out my birht control. I know i may sound dumb but I feel as though I am having symtoms of pregnancy, such as nausea, and everything tastes nasty, and my stomach has been feeling kinda weird. And now my breast feel a little tender, I wonder how long I should wait before I take a test. I don't have a normal period, and I know every prenancy is differrent because my last 3 were all different from one another, I guess I am just wondering how long should I wait to take a pregnancy test? I just have this weird gut feeling I am. Ohhh help........

And the other thing with my last baby I was having symtoms and I took 2 tests and both came back negative. Then I took a third because symtoms got worse, and it came out positive. I wasn't thinking of birth control because I hadn't sen my husband in 3 months (he's military) so um yeah. I know what expect been pregnant 3 times and have 3 kids I guess another wouldn't hurt, then I'll have a team to play sports. LOL

It's possible you're imagining some of the symptoms (people do it all the time, including myself), but to be safe I'd check right now. If your theory is correct that you do have symptoms because you're preg, then the test would show it, right?
But honestly I think you need to be more careful. Use a backup method if you're not getting the shot on time or having drug interactions... having kids is a big thing obviously, you need to take it more seriously. Good luck

I would take a test right away and if it comes up negative take anouther one in a week or two. I knew a girl that got pregnant on depo, she didnt have any symptoms. She found out at 7 months because she found a lump in her breast and it was a milk duct. so if you are pregnant, be happy that you know now and not at 7 months. Good Luck

Normally, by the time you start experiencing symptoms you should get an accurate test reading. If you have any doubt, take a test.

you should take it as soon as posabile being able to plan ahead makes things better and less stress ful un like being on a bus or in the store and your water breaks and you still dont know why you pissed your self and the sit up are just making things worse ............. lol

If you think you are begining to experience symptoms then I would take a test now.

I got pregnant with my first son while taking the pill, I got pregnant with mt second son while using the depo shot.---no control there huh?

i know ALOT of people who get pregnat wile on the depo..Actualy one peorsone i know got pregnat with triplets..and is now pregnet with twins and now one in her family has multipus..... and was on the depo...
