Against those teams I'd say the cardinals just because the broncos are good for several turnovers especially with a new QB

Out of those 4 teams, I'd go with either Oakland or Buffalo Defense. OAK is very solid on defense - good against the run and top 5 against the pass. STL can blow up for points, but now that the offense is mostly centered around Steven Jackson, they will gain yards little by little and therefore can't score a lot of points.
Buffalo's D is always good especially when they're at home. Then you have to factor that Miami's never been a good 2nd half team and they have to play when they're used to the weather being 60 or 70s. In BUF it'll probably be snowing and they're just so much more comfortable there.

Raiders vs Rams: Geritol vs Viagra. Take Rams. This isn't saying much
Bills vs Fish. Bill D gave up on average17-20 points against Indy, San Diego, GB and Pats. Miami QB is up to those standards, take Bills.
Cards vs Broncos? Both D's are capable of miracles, or of turning victory into defeat. Avoid.

Probably the Jets, but I like the Bengal's defense just because you can almost count on atleast one turnover a game.
