what is the comparision between a A+,net+, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE... compared to someone with A+,net+, CCNA , computer science degree?

A+ & Net+ aren't even in the running. A good starting point but will only get you a VERY entry-level position.

A CCIE will usually earn more than a PhD in comp sci. Even without any degree at all.

A year's real-world experience is worth about the same as a year in college. 4 years experience = Bachelor's degree, 6 = Master's, etc. I've got a CCNA along with a number of other vendor-specific certs, 20 years of experience, and make more than most college professors. Two years of college, but no degree.

A+ < Net+ < ccn ADministrator < ccn Professional < CC Internetwork Expert ..

Any cisco cert with a degree is $$$ as long as you have some experience and you know what the hell your doing.. A+ with net+ and security+ w/ a degree/experience is pretty good and alot easier to do..
