I like to watch my neighbours get undressed, does everyone do this or is it just me?
How can I get a better look?

If your neighbour undresses in his or her own home without drawing the curtains and you are standing on your own property and don't have to use a ladder, stand on a stool, use binoculars, or peep through holes, then you wont get arrested. In fact if you complain to the police and the neighbour is male, there's a fair chance they will arrest him for flashing. However if the neighbour is female it might work the other way, depending on how hot she is. Judges are people too and can be unpredictable! And yes you are a perve but then aren't most people?

I would be disturbed by watching my neighbors undress, but then again, I've always lived in neighborhoods full of old people.

Do u like sneak up to their window while they're changing? It's definitely just you. I get really embarassed whenever I see anyone changing (whether its a gurl or its a guy that I accidentally see as the change room door opens), so its just u. If u really want to get a better look, stick your face right to there window, or bash through their door, go to them as they're changing and tell them to go on changing as u watch them.

I would if I had a view like that. Get binoculars or a telescope, and then attach a digital camera and send me some photos.

It depends on what they look like. If they are hot, then it is normal. If they are like, old 'n stuff, then no, it is not normal.
