I saw a good friend of mines young teenager smoking. I do know her mother will not be happy about this. Should I tell or let it go?

It would be best for the young girl if you did tell her mother, to help make sure she doesn't smoke again (not saying she won't she MIGHT) It would be upsetting to your friend of course but still, it would be best for the young girl. You should definitely tell. She's probably pretty young since you seem to be bothered by it. Remember, if she smokes, she pokes. You would be responsibile for a chain smoking teenage moma. Nice.

first sit her down and talk 2 her about why not to smoke like really talk 2 her make her understand why its so important

I would want my good friend to tell me if she saw my daughter doing what she shouldn't. Yes tell your friend.

you should absolutely tell her parents! Smoking can cause serious disesases and even death! Give them an opportunity to help her.
