i have it too. eat healthy. don't eat junk food, and exercise. lots of water, because ibs just dehydrates you more than normal. and, don't drink coffee or other diuretics.

I used to have this. Cute down on the amount you eat and make sure you cut down on the gassy foods such as pasta, beans etc. Drink lots of water. This will help flush your system and keep everything working well. Minimize your amount of spicy foods as well. Try detoxing your system a few times a year. This will help clear out your liver and colon and help your body function better.

I have this problem too---and my doctor prescribed a medication called Bentyl. It works wonders...and is fairly inexpensive. Try to get an appointment and see what can be done for you.
