you hae to go to your home page.on the top left corner, there is a blue box that also have your picture.next to your picture will list a lot of things that you can click on.you click "edit profile".then something opens.look for "save all changes" and "preview profile" above that will have a row of blue words.you look for "basic info" you click it and there it is. you could change the state,city,and country.

Go to your profile and click update-when the page launched-change the place where you live and click finish.

after you log into myspace you go to edit profile and then the tab along the top that says basic information.
