Nice and friendly People
Culture
Beautiful Scenary
History
Good and Hygienic Food
Reasonable Cost of Living
Weather (not too cold and not too hot or wet)
Sorry that Paris doesn't meet all of these criteria but still be an attraction tourist destiny due to its history, scenary, culture but negatively recognized in term of people.
I spent half an hour at train station in Paris and decided to leave for UK. Great, I didn't spend a dime there due to rude people.
