14 years old, female, scrawny, may have a thyroid problem but unsure.
Basically all my life I have always been bouncing off the walls hyper. This is really annoying, because I'm also a major introvert who is very easily overstimulated and doesn't like a lot of talking, so I overstimulate myself and talk too much, thus annoying myself.
Lately it has been much much worse. I can't focus on anything for more than two minutes, I have to constantly battle to keep my mind on one thing -that takes all my energy so merely keeping my mind on something is all I can do- and I always fidget, pace, hum, tap, can't keep still.
I eat very little processed sugar, definitely have an adequate diet and doubt I have ADHD.
Lately this has been having a more adverse affect on my academics, just when I want to start getting serious about stuff.
Irrelevant to my medical issue: I'm homeschooled so I can't have a school nurse check me out or anything. I have plenty to do but can't focus to do it.

I'm also having a lot of trouble sleeping. I can't turn off to go to sleep and then I constantly wake up.
I do my best to relax before bed and don't consume caffeine.
