Any object which is moving. As long as something has mass (is made of matter) and a velocity (it is moving) it has Kinetic Energy, given by the equation KE=1/2mv^2, that is Kinetic Energy is one half of the mass times the velocity squared.

A bullet, a pitched baseball, a planet, a blood cell, a molecule of any liquid, solid or gas above 0 degrees Kelvin. Do not include light or any form of electromagnetic energy. These are pure energy and while they have virtual mass they have no rest mass

any moving [or non moving] object carries both matter and energy
energy is=to matter[the ratio from mater to energy is 1 to 180000 squared.180000=the speed of light.this is were we get E{energy}=M{mass}{multiplied by}C2{c=speed of light squared}]so any gane in energy[kinetic]can be treated as a gain in mass.an object ject at rest carries both matter and energy because matter is just condensed energy and energy is just dispersed matter

well anything moving, because it has its own matter, and it moving makes kinetic energy, sound energy for some (such as when it hits the wind), and heat energy from friction.

everything has energy and matter. matter is just stuff that make up something and the kinetic theory says that all matter has kinetic energy, so there u go
